Giant customers can use rewards points for a free holiday ham this season

Families in need of a holiday ham can cash in via their Giant rewards points this year. 

On Wednesday, Dec. 2, Giant announced customers will be able to redeem a free Giant brand spiral-sliced half ham this year. 

Interested parties will need to accumulate 400 reward points in order to redeem the free half ham. Customers can begin earning rewards now through Thursday, Dec. 24 via in-store and online shopping. Giant offers a similar program annually for Thanksgiving turkeys. 

The reward certificates can be redeemed beginning Friday, Dec. 11 until Christmas Eve. Customers may also substitute the free holiday ham toward a Stouffers party-sized entree, a tofurkey vegetable ham roast or a $1 off per pound of a boneless ham brand of their choice. 

Interested parties may also opt to donate their free ham certificate at any Giant or Martin store location or online to help families in need. 

Customers can track their rewards points via the bottom of their receipt or via the Giant/Martin's app.
