‘Put emotions aside and start planning for next year.’

The sharp and unexpected rise in commodity prices this fall has greatly benefitted farmers who still had crops to sell. 

But it’s also been frustrating for those who sold their crops ahead of the rally.

Kent Beadle with CHS Hedging says there are a lot of decisions that many farmers would like to have back. But even though it’s difficult to do, Beadle says farmers need to put those emotions aside and start planning for next year.
