Police: One man injured after Thanksgiving Eve shooting in York city

One man was taken to the hospital following a Wednesday night shooting in York city. 

Police found the injured 23-year-old in the 100 block of South Pershing Avenue at about 6:40 p.m., according to a press release.

The man sustained a gunshot wound that was not life-threatening, and the York City Police Department is investigating.
