Milk futures and cash dairy mostly higher Friday

Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange were mostly firmer to end the week with the November contract up 62 cents at $23.90.  December closed seven higher at $20.45.  January through March milk futures were up a nickel to down seven cents.

Dry whey unchanged at $0.40. 

Blocks up $0.01 at $2.7825.  Two trades were made with a range of $2.7725 to $2.7825.

Barrels up $0.06 at $2.53.  Three trades, ranging from $2.48 to $2.51.

Butter lost $0.04, closing at $1.39.  Two trades at $1.39.

Nonfat dry milk $0.01 higher at $1.1075.  Three trades were made, with a range of $1.1050 to $1.1075.
