York shooting: Man injured in Wednesday afternoon gunfire, police say

York City Police are asking for help in their investigation.

York City Police are investigating a Wednesday afternoon shooting in which one man was injured, according to a news release.

Just before 12:30 p.m., York City Police responded to the 600 block of Manor Street for reports of a shooting.

Once there, they found a 35-year-old male victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to an area hospital where he was treated for his injury. York City detectives continue to investigate.
