Road rage: Shots fired from one car at another on Route 30, police say

West Manchester Township Police say no one was injured in the incident.

West Manchester Township Police are asking for help from the public in identifying a dark-gray sedan they say was involved in a road rage incident Oct. 9, according to a news release.

Road Rage:  West Manchetser Township Police are asking for help in solving an alleged road rage case on Oct. 9, where someone in the gray sedan, outlined in red - fired shots at a white Hyundai Elantra on Route 30 East near Roosevelt Avenue.

About 1:05 p.m. on Oct. 9, two vehicles, a white Hyundai Elantra and an unidentified dark gray sedan, were involved in an altercation on the roadway, which began on Route 30 east and continued as the two vehicles traveled south on Roosevelt Avenue, police said. 

Road Rage:  West Manchetser Township Police are asking for help in solving an alleged road rage case on Oct. 9, where someone in the gray sedan fired shots at a white Hyundai Elantra on Route 30 East near Roosevelt Avenue.

"The altercation ultimately led to shots being fired at the white Elantra by the passenger of the grey sedan," police said. "The grey sedan then fled the area.  Fortunately no one was injured as a result of this incident."

Police say they suspect the incident was the result of road rage, but are exploring all possible angles in the case.
