Citrix Web App Firewall (WAF) is an industry-leading web app firewall that protects web apps, web sites, and APIs from known and unknown attacks. With it, you can block application layer and zero-day threats, in both positive and negative security models. Architecturally positioned in front of a web server, Citrix WAF inspects web traffic and blocks app-layer attacks before they reach vulnerable assets.

Citrix customers for years have run Citrix WAF in AWS. Citrix WAF offers comprehensive security features compared to AWS WAF. For customers who need full featured WAF and bot solutions, Citrix is an ideal solution in AWS, with easy integrations, offerings in the AWS Marketplace, and CI/CD integrations to enhance app and API security.
