The Executive Director of the BOE, Michael Ryan, said during a Meeting that the Mishap was Restricted to just One Batch of Ballots.

First the Small Post Office across the Street was Closed. It had: a Stamp and Postage machine; a Package Outgoing Box; and a Wall of P.O. Boxes, and was a Block from the UN.

Then the Outgoing Mail Box in our Mailroom was Locked.

Finally Two New Mailboxes with a Small Slit just for a Letter was installed, One across the Street and One a Block away.

Then there are Days with No Mail and Days when the Mail Box is Stuffed.
