Description

I'm looking for full-time editor and content updater for a large, established home and garden website.

The position involves the following:

  • Review and edit when necessary new content delivered by writers.
  • Communicate and provide feedback with writers.
  • Systematically update existing website content.  This may require some research, obtaining expert quotes, writing new content, etc.
  • Plan out internal linking with new and existing content on the site (you can send the instructions to a VA)
  • Look for chart-creation opportunities in all content using Google Sheets (a template will be provided - these can be created very quickly).

About the position:

  • Starts immediately.
  • Hours: Full time. 40 hours per week.  Permanent.
  • Work remotely.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and editing abilities to make articles (new and existing) great.
  • Ability to work independently working toward growing and improving a large website.
  • Keen interest in home and garden topics.
