LODI, NJ – Urban Edge Properties has leased 130,000 square feet within a newly-transformed warehouse and distribution facility in Lodi, NJ to AAA Wholesale Group.
The former retail site will now serve as a wholesale membership club, which will supply smaller grocery stores, delis and convenience stores with grocery products, deli supplies, beverages, cleaning supplies and other household items.
The building will feature an additional 20,000 square feet of space that will be allocated to in-store shopping for consumers.
