I don’t know if this is an odd thing to declare but the size of a cosmetic bag can really make or break my routine; too big and I overpack - too small and I become a smidgen too hasty with my choices and suddenly I don’t have all I need. I rather like that the make-up items are universally flattering both in terms of skin tones and purpose - each item can easily be used for day and night wear, requiring very few, other additional products to muster up a beautiful look.
And for those trips away, unplanned or otherwise, there’s a cleanser, moisturiser and eye cream . No it’s not the most robust skincare routine but in a pinch, it’s a heck of a lot better than a wet-wipe and a few whispered promises to your poor, neglected pores.
