JERSEY CITY, NJ – CBRE has arranged a 95,808-square-foot,long-term lease encompassing an entire warehouse facility locatedat 79 Thomas McGovern Dr. in Jersey City, NJ.

CBRE secured an international e-commerce company as a tenant forthe newly-developed industrial property.

Situated on five acres of fully-fenced and secure land, theindustrial warehouse features 36-foot ceiling heights, eight dockdoors, 87 parking spaces, LED motion sensors, ESFR sprinklersystems and nearly 2,000 square feet of office space.

The new facility represents CT Realty's first developmentproject in New Jersey.
