We want to transform our social media graphics to 1000-2500 word blog posts and possibly even email newsletters.
Subject matter knowledge in Real Estate and Mortgage is required. Past experience writing for either of these categories is preferred.
However our style is more casual and playful than a strict industry blog so we prefer a writing style that can be fun and clever while still being informative. If we evolve to writing actual emails, this relaxed style will be even more important.
Since we already have graphics PLUS the source material and research from creating the graphics, the topics will be fairly set before handing it over for writing. We'd want to structure the text around the graphics and/or animations.
We'd start at 1-2 posts per month and if there's a solid fit, we could go easily to 4 -6 posts/month. We have another business that's more mortgage focused where we'd have a similar need too...and that'd probably be another 1-2 posts/month.
