Man, 21, dies in fiery crash on northwest side; 19-year-old passenger injured

A 21-year-old man died in a fiery crash Sunday evening on Milwaukee's northwest side, police said.

The man was driving fast about 8:45 p.m. Sunday when he lost control over railroad tracks in the 9100 block of West Bradley Road, police said.

The vehicle hit several trees and a light pole, then split in half and caught on fire, police said.

A passenger, a 19-year-old man, suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital. He is in stable condition, police said.
