NEW YORK CITY – Avison Young's New York City office hasdisclosed four recent transactions, comprising three lease deals inManhattan and a property sale in Brooklyn.

Avison Young associate, Maria Fernandez, led the team to arrangethe transactions.

The company arranged a ten-year retail lease for Hair Loungehair salon; encompassing 1,314 square feet of space on the secondfloor of 668 Sixth Avenue in Manhattan's Flatiron district.Fernandez represented the landlord, 668 Ave LLC in the transaction,and Zelnik & Co.'s Michael Peguero represented the tenant, HairLounge.

The second lease deal consists of a one-year, ground-floor leasefor Shookit Inc. The last mile nano distribution facility secured400 square feet of space at 896 Amsterdam Avenue in Manhattan'sUpper West Side neighborhood. Fernandez represented both thelandlord, Light House Properties LLC, known as Solil Management,and the tenant, Shookit Inc., in the transaction.

Avison Young additionally arranged a 20-year, 7,500-square-footlease for supermarket, 312 Food Corp. The lease comprises 6,000square feet of ground floor retail space and 1,500 square feet ofsecond-floor office space at 544 West 181st Street, alsoknown as 312 Audubon Avenue in Manhattan's Washington Heightsneighborhood. The long-term lease includes a five-year renewaloption.  Fernandez represented the tenant, 312 Food Corp.in the transaction, and A&E Realty's Ryan Chong represented thelandlord, Won Merchandise Corp.

The company also announced the $2.1 million sale of 80 RugbyRoad, a 6,000-square-foot, boutique multifamily property/mansion,located in Brooklyn's Prospect Park neighborhood. Fernandezrepresented the buyer, 80 Rugby LLC in the transaction, andCompass's Laura Rozos represented the seller, the Estate of LucilleNicholson.
