In these trying times, community is more important than ever. And it’s fitting that we chose May — Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month — to launch our newest employee resource group (ERG), Citrix Asian Professionals (CAP). Designed to foster a strong sense of belonging and community within the growing Asian population at Citrix, developing a network of mentors and mentees, locally and globally, and raising awareness of Asian and Pacific Islander culture.

Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month was established in the U.S. in the 1990s to recognize and celebrate the culture and history of Asian and Pacific Islander Americans. To celebrate this month, the CAP has held events including a virtual tea and trivia hour, a movie discussion night, and a virtual lunch and learn featuring Traci Tsuchiguchi, our VP of Investor Relations.

Check out the video below, where Citrites talk about the CAP and how we belong at Citrix.
