Employee engagement is crucial to an enterprise’s success. Whether employees are working on the go or from a home office, seamless access to enterprise applications in easy-to-consume, task-based feeds is a key strategic advantage for engaging the entire work force, anywhere, anytime. Whether you listen to advocates of New Work,  work/life balance, or employee engagement, the argument is always about optimized and transparent, yet well-controlled, interaction with all relevant enterprise processes, for every employee.

This is an organizational challenge. However, the right technology can make this endeavor a lot more tractable. Together, Citrix and Fujitsu RunMyProcess are tackling the technology part of the challenge with Citrix Workspace and RunMyProcess DigitalSuite.

Citrix Workspace provides unified and secure access to all end-user applications (virtual and SaaS), content across any data source, and best-in-class security on any device. This enables you to take your work anywhere, anytime. To extend this across the broadest possible range of digital work areas, Citrix has teamed with Fujitsu RunMyProcess to enable this unified access across the entire enterprise back office.

Citrix Workspace provides intuitive app handling with microapps, notification streams, and more. There’s no need to deal with multi-parameter software interfaces. Microapps present to you just what you need to see for whatever you want to do next. Combined, these capabilities guarantee ease of use, even for complex workflows with many stakeholders, and ubiquitous access while adhering to compliance and security regulations. Out of the box, Citrix Workspace supports common apps such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Office365, or G-Suite.

For applications not supported out of the box and/or custom-developed, RunMyProcess DigitalSuite from Fujitsu provides microapp integration into Citrix Workspace, as well as workflow connections to pre-integrated apps, extending usage of Citrix Workspace to the complete enterprise ecosystem.

Fujitsu RunMyProcess is working with Citrix to define the roadmap priorities on this journey. While the final list is in continuous review based on customer priorities, current candidates include solutions for onboarding, inventory management, multi-vendor incident management, production line quality assurance, and IoT connectivity.
