Pivot Bio launches FFA video contest to encourage members to stay engaged

Pivot Bio has announced an FFA video contest to help members stay engaged with their agricultural education during the coronavirus pandemic.

Tracy Willits is vice president of communications for Pivot Bio. “Now more than ever as we all sit at home isolating ourselves from one another to help slow the spread of coronavirus, we see the critical importance of agriculture,” she says.

Pivot Bio is asking FFA students across the country to share a video highlighting their FFA projects. FFA members should share the video to Facebook or Twitter and tag Pivot Bio and their local FFA chapter and use the hashtag FFA Video Challenge.

Willits says FFA members are critical to continuing the tradition of agriculture.

“And at Pivot Bio, a relatively new company, we’re really reaching out to our youth to ensure they know we’re supporting them as they continue agricultural education,” she says.

The contest ends April 13. Twenty-five winners will receive $250 for themselves and another $250 for their FFA chapter.
