[unpaid/ad/samples] While a lot of launches are being delayed, I’ve got the Marc Jacobs spring collection (which I’ve had since last week) to hand that I’ll roll out over the coming days.

Marc Jacobs New Spring Highliners

I’d advise that you need to be already competent with a liquid liner before considering a Highliner. The plus is that they dry really fast and stay 100% in place so if you’re swift on your lining, you’ll love them. It’s not so much of a plus that they dry really fast if you need to take your time over it. They’re kind of film forming so any wobbles are hard to correct but that’s what keeps them in tact so well.

The three shades are Back To The Fuchsia (the pink one), Berry Deep (the burgundy one) and Mocha (the brown one). As we all know, I’m a useless liquid liner applier (even the swatches are awful) and much happier with a kohl stick in my hand. Actually, Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Crayons are some of my favourites – especially the metallics.

I know, I know. But you can at least see the richness of the shades. They’re £24 each HERE.
