Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the Milwaukee Repertory Theater has canceled performances of four productions through April 5.

This includes current shows "Chasin' Dem Blues," which had been scheduled through March 22, and "Eclipsed," scheduled to continue through March 29; as well as forthcoming shows "Antonio's Song / I Was Dreaming of a Son," which had been scheduled for March 24-April 5, and "Hootenanny: The Musicale," which had been scheduled to begin performances March 27.

Here are specific details for each show:

"Chasin' Dem Blues": Patrons with tickets can donate them to the Rep for a tax deduction, or have the ticket value credited toward a future performance; or send contact info to ticket@milwaukeerep.com to discuss other options.

"Eclipsed": The Rep plans to video a private performance and a Rep In Depth talk on the show. It will be a multiple-camera recording. The video will be available for ticket-holders to watch for one week. Ticket-holders should expect an email from the Rep in the near future.

"Antonio's Song / I Was Dreaming of a Son": This show will be postponed to a future date to be announced.

"Hootenanny: The Musicale": The Rep plans to defer performances of this world premiere until the week of April 6. The ticket office will contact people with tickets for earlier dates.
