[unpaid/ad/sample/affiliate] We could all do with some cheering up at the moment that’s not going to rip into our bank balances too hard and these new scents from M&S are more than fitting that bill. I featured them last year as being excellent value for money at £10 each (on offer) and giving some proper competition to far more expensive brands.

M&S Fragrances – New Scents

I’m favouring Grapefruit & Lotus because I usually veer to citrus in preference and it’s just delightful with a juicy smack of zest rounded with fig and floral notes – an absolute tonic for a grey day like today. That said, Peony & Rhubarb is pretty delicious itself with enough rhubarb dominating that if you like that note you’ll be more than happy. There’s a dash of apple blossom that gives it some crispness making it a fresh combination until the amber warms up and it becomes more soft.

M&S Fragrances – New Scents

In terms of last, they’re not at all bad – I wouldn’t expect a £10 fragrance to last all day but I certainly didn’t feel they disappeared without trace after a few minutes. These are a big recommend from me – better, I’d suggest, than the Zara fragrances and worth every penny. The usual price is £12.50 which I wouldn’t be complaining about so it’s even better that they’re £10 HERE right now. Non affiliate HERE.
