NEW YORK CITY- MetropolitanRealty, a real estate company, has tapped Cushman & Wakefieldto lead leasing efforts for 50-05 Metropolitan Ave., a mixed-useretail and office development in Ridgewood, Queens, borderingBrooklyn.

The property was the former hometo historic grocery store chain Bohack's and has since undergoneredevelopment and now has Class A space of 30,000 square feet inground floor retail and 28,000 square feet of officespace.

In 2019, the property won the commercial interior designaward from the Queens Chamber of Commerce.
