Spring festival season in Atlanta generally kicks off around March first, and continues through Memorial Day weekend — and then it’s summer festival season!
This is the most complete list you’ll find for spring festivals around the extended metro area. It covers the months of March, April, and May, and it includes food festivals, music festivals, arts festivals, fairs, and carnivals.

Most spring festivals are FREE to attend, unless otherwise noted. But you’ll want to bring your wallet for food and drink, and other purchases.
The parade typically takes place along LaVista Rd, which is closed to traffic. The festival, complete with carnival rides, games, traditional Purim food, and more takes place at the Synagogue. Admission is FREE, but you’ll need tickets for the food vendors and rides.
