Many consumers confused about plant-based meats

Plenty of consumers are confused about what’s in plant based alternative meats, according to survey by the beef industry.

Danielle Beck with the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association says they surveyed 18-hundred people, ages 18 to 64, and across-the-board there was confusion.
