You already know that Citrix is committed to bringing you cloud expertise and industry experience to help you deploy Citrix Cloud, and that it’s all included with your cloud subscription and available on the Citrix Cloud Success Center (hint: in case you didn’t, this is a great time to check it out!).

We hope that, by now, you have had a chance to visit the Success Center, create one or more success plans, and access all the tools, resources, and support you need to maximize the value of your Citrix investment.

But, when was the last time you logged in? Did you know we are constantly updating content with the latest information and adding new content and functionality?

My name is Claudia Sebastiany, and I’m Sr. Program Manager with Citrix’s Worldwide Customer Success Management organization. It’s a privilege for me to be behind the scenes working with all the talented industry experts, thinking of ways to bring you the right content, at the right time, so you can focus on getting your project up and running.

New Guides Now Available

Let me tell you about the new Citrix Content Collaboration guide we’ve just released — Getting Started with Citrix Content Collaboration. (You can find it on the Build milestone on the Citrix Content Collaboration service page). It’s authored by our talented Customer Success Engineer Oscar Zuniga and is intended for master admins and employees with admin-level permissions to help you get started with Citrix Content Collaboration.

You’ll find a comprehensive but straight-to-the-point guide to get you up and running with the fundamental configurations for Citrix Content Collaboration. This includes one topic in particular that we got a lot of requests for — linking exiting content Collaboration account.

If your implementation is more complex, we’ve got you covered with our additional seven build guides for this service. We have also received feedback on the need for instructions for how to migrate data into Citrix Content Collaboration, so we’ve added a related resource link for that.

With the increasing demand for instructions about Citrix App Layering and Federated Authentication Service installation, we’ve also added new content for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (both on the Build milestone for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops service), authored by one of our top sales engineers, J.P. Alfaro. The other build guide we’ve updated is our Configure Hosting Connections build guide, also on the same page, whose updates have been authored by our experienced customer success engineer, Diego Acuna. It has been expanded to cover additional hosting connections configurations such as Amazon AWS and Google Cloud Platform.

The Citrix Cloud Success Center is here to serve you. If you have any suggestions or feedback, don’t hesitate to contact me directly at claudia.sebastiany@citrix.com.
