Bystander hit by soda bottle during woman's 'tirade' at Chambersburg Sheetz, police say

A bystander was struck by a bottle of soda thrown by a woman involved in a fight at a Chambersburg Sheetz this week, according to police. 

Kayla Renner, 22, had "engaged in a profanity-laced tirade" against another female over past issues on Monday at the convenience store at 975 Norland Ave. before Chambersburg police arrived. 

Renner threw a full bottle of soda at her opponent, but missed her and instead hit an innocent bystander, police said. The report did not say if the person was a customer or employee. 

Renner was cited with disorderly conduct, police said.
