EPA Attempting to Remove Appeals Process for Industrial Pollution Permits

In a Cynical attempt to Pass this Under the Radar, in the Middle of the Holidays, the Trump Administration announced its New Policy to Eliminate the Public's Right, but Not Polluters', to Appeal Permits for Industrial Pollution before the Environmental Appeals Board.

It's a Basic Right. Most of these Industrial Facilities are Polluting in Communities of Color and Low-Income Communities.

The Trump Administration is trying to make an Unfair Situation even more Unfair.

Communities need to have the Ability to Appeal Decisions that would Dump Pollution in their Backyard, it's One of the Only Recourses they have.

The Fight to Protect Communities from Polluters includes:

- Preventing Uranium Mining around the Grand Canyon.

- Stopping Keystone XL Pipeline.

- Supporting the Gwich'in People and Preventing Drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge.

- Holding to the Commitments of the Paris Agreement.

- Permanently Funding the Land and Water Conservation Fund.

- Protecting the Tongass National Forest.

- Stopping the Trump Administration's Plan to Drill Off virtually All of our Coasts.

- Getting Toxic Chemicals like PFAS under Control.

- Expanding Clean Energy in States All over the Country.
