Stenciling and Masking with Spectrum Noir

Hello crafty friends, welcome to another easy technique, stenciling and masking. Inks are not only to stamp; you can easily create texture on your creations just using a stencil and combining them with your stamps.

To make my project I used  two different colors of Harmony Water Reactive Dye Ink: Lemon Tonic for the center and Honey Pot for the outside side. But let me share the easy steps to create this look.

Directions:

1. Stamp your main images over Premium Marker Pad White card stock using Finesse Alcohol Proof Dye Noir Black.
2. Stamp your image over masking paper to protect the image of your card from the stenciling process. Cut the masking image with scissors the most near possible to the border. 
3. Place the masking image on place and secure your stencil over the card. Apply the color in circular motion until obtain the mix and texture that you wanted. Remove the stencil and remove the masking.
4. Color your masked image with your favorite medium. For mine I used Illustrator markers. I flick the color, starting with RB1, RB2 and some accents in TN2, GB7 and FS7.
