Newberry Township Police in search of burglary suspect who fled the scene

There was heavy police presence in the area of Newberry Township Saturday morning as officers responded to a burglary incident.

According to a Crime Watch Alert post, Newberry Township Police say a male suspect wearing camouflage fled the scene in the area of Kise Kill Road and Sheepbridge Road. 

The suspect fled from police in a wooded area north of the Iron Bridge. 

Police are advising hunters to use caution and notify Newberry Township Police at 717-938-2608 if the subject is encountered.
