HILLSDALE — No one was injured in an early Thanksgiving morning two-alarm house fire, officials said.

The Hillsdale Fire Department responded to a house fire at 2:14 a.m. Thursday on Lincoln Avenue, according to a post on the department's Facebook page.

First responders found "heavy fire conditions" in a second-floor bedroom. The fire was contained in the bedroom and cleared in two hours, according to the Facebook post.

The blaze left a hole in the roof and rear side of the home. The cause of the fire is unclear. A Hillsdale Fire Department spokesperson did not respond to phone calls Thursday.

River Vale Fire Department, Westwood Volunteer Fire Department, Woodcliff Lake Fire Department and Park Ridge Fire Department also responded to the scene, according to the Facebook post.
