Police searching for man who masturbated while driving

Police are investigating a report of a man masturbating in his vehicle while driving around Sioux Falls on Thursday, said police spokesman Sam Clemens.

A woman reported a man masturbating in the driver seat of a vehicle at the Benson Road and Cliff Avenue stoplight around 4 p.m., Clemens said.

The woman got the license plate of the man, he said. There were no other reports of the incident.
