Apple is combining its Volume Purchase Program and Device Enrollment Program into new deployment programs — Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple School Manager (ASM).
Beginning December 1, DEP and VPP will no longer be available. What does this mean for Citrix customers? Citrix Endpoint Management accounts using DEP and VPP must migrate to ABM and ASM as soon as possible to continue media and device deployment.
How Do I Upgrade?
If your implementation is currently enrolled and still using DEP and VPP, use the following resources to:
- Upgrade your organization to Apple Business Manager
- Upgrade your institution to Apple School Manager
- Migrate to Apps and Books in Apple School Manager and in Apple Business Manager
Once your Apple migration is complete and your organization or institution is enrolled in ABM or ASM, you might be required to renew your certificates on Citrix Endpoint Management and update your Volume Purchase Program account.
