Missouri dairy farmer awarded

A Trenton, Missouri dairy farmer has been awarded for his contributions and distinguished service to dairy promotion.

Bill Siebenborn was given the Richard E. Lyng Award at the recent National Dairy Board – National Milk Producers Federation – United Dairy Industry Association annual meeting.

Richard Lung is a former U.S. Ag Secretary who implemented policies that led to the establishment of the dairy board more than 30 years ago.

Serving on national, regional and state organizations, the CEO of Midwest Dairy, Molly Pelzer says Siebenborn “has set a great example for the next generation of farmers.”
