A 58-year-old Milwaukee man was shot to death on Milwaukee's north side Monday afternoon – one of three shootings within 11 minutes.

The man was pronounced dead in a liquor store in the 3700 block of West Center Street. The shooting occurred around 4:25 p.m.

The circumstances of the homicide are unknown. Police are searching for suspects.

In two other shootings Monday, a 13-year-old boy and a 20-year-old Milwaukee man were injured. Their wounds were not life-threatening.

At 4:19 p.m. the 20-year-old was shot in the 3800 block of West Silver Spring Drive in what police believe was an attempted robbery. He was dropped off at a local hospital.

Six minutes later, the fatal shooting happened on Center Street.

Then at 4:30 p.m., the 13-year-old was shot in the 5400 block of West Ely Place while riding in a vehicle driven by his father. Minutes after a road rage incident involving the teen's father, shots were fired at the vehicle, striking the boy, police said.

The suspect vehicle is a black Cadillac SRX with tinted windows. The car is missing the Cadillac crest from the front grill, police said. A pit bull terrier was in the car at the time of the shooting.

Police on Tuesday were seeking two suspects in the shooting:

  • A black man with a light skin complexion in his late 30s. He is about 6 feet tall with a medium build. He has a low haircut and a gap in his teeth. He was armed with a pistol.
  • A black man with a dark skin complexion in his late 20s. He was last seen wearing dark clothes and dreadlocks.

Police asked anyone with information about the vehicle or suspects to call (414) 935-7360 or (414) 224-TIPS.
