Police release name of woman killed in East Lansing crash Saturday

EAST LANSING — Police have released the identity of the woman killed in a two-vehicle crash in East Lansing on Saturday afternoon.
Katie Jo Vera, 30, of Lansing, was killed in the crash, which happened just before 4 p.m. Saturday on Coolidge Road, north of Coleman Road, East Lansing police said.
The driver of the other vehicle was significantly injured. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
