Man, 31, shot to death on north side

A 31-year-old Milwaukee man was fatally shot in the 3000 block of North 13th Street about 8:30 p.m. Saturday.

The man was shot outside a house, police said in a news release. 

The circumstances surrounding the shooting are being investigated, police said.
