Preciado retires from UPS

On Oct. 31 longtime employee Louis Preciado retired from United Postal Services.

Preciado first began working with UPS in Alamogordo in May 1991.

"Louis has steered the company through times of great change since UPS started on Indian Wells," a news release said from the company.

"Louis has delivered a total of 1,209,000 stops and total 2,821,000 packages in his UPS career."

UPS congratulated Preciado on his career and wished him the best in retirement.
