Over the past couple of years, we have specifically focused on improving employee experience by working directly with customers to develop a deep understanding of the challenges employees face. We believe that Forrester has validated these efforts and are pleased to be placed in the Leaders category of The Forrester Wave™: Unified Endpoint Management report. The report specifically notes: “The solution has one of the best workspace experiences in this evaluation, with comprehensive app support, self-service features, and access to all content repositories, whether on-premises or in the cloud.”

Each year, Forrester evaluates the various UEM technology companies and uses a uniform set of evaluation criteria to evaluate them on the completeness of their vision and their ability to execute.

In this evaluation Citrix Endpoint Management received the highest possible scores in the product roadmap and roadmap execution criteria and 4 out of 5 scores in the employee experience (EX) criterion (4.2), security features criterion, and strategy category.
