72% of Indiana corn, 88% of soybeans harvested

The USDA says cold and dry weather aided harvest progress ahead of the winter weather this week.

Seventy-two percent of Indiana’s corn crop and 88 percent of soybeans are harvested.

Ninety-three percent of the winter wheat crop is planted, and 76 percent has emerged.
