The owners are the Powell family, who own and operate Powell Herefords.

The lodge has sleeping accommodations for up to 25 people, with six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms.

The facility also includes a full kitchen, a large room with fireplace, a large porch with rocking chairs, individual heating and air conditioning for each bedroom, cable TV, a DVD player, surround sound for inside and outside, a large fire pit and two barbecue pits.

The venue requires a two-night minimum stay unless being used for an event.
