Seagate Development Group’s furnished Monaco model is under construction at Esplanade Lake Club, a new 778-acre resort lifestyle community being developed by Taylor Morrison.

Seagate Development Group’s furnished Monaco model is now under construction at Esplanade Lake Club, a new 778-acre resort lifestyle community being developed by Taylor Morrison.  The gated community is positioned on a 352-acre lake.  Taylor Morrison has selected Seagate as the exclusive custom homebuilder at Esplanade Lake Club.  Custom homes by Seagate will be built on 11 of the community’s most exclusive lakefront home sites.  The Monaco floor plan is one of six open-concept plans ranging from 3,136 to over 4,100 square feet included in Seagate’s offering at Esplanade Lake Club.  The plans were designed by RG Designs.  The furnished Monaco model will feature an interior designed by Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi.  Outdoor Productions is designing the model’s landscaping, outdoor living area, pool and spa.

The Monaco model’s 3,299 square feet under air open-concept floor plan features an entry sequence that includes a covered front porch.  A great room with beamed ceiling details and a wet bar will open to a covered lanai and an outdoor living area with an outdoor kitchen, a pool bath, and a deck with a custom pool and spa.  The lanai and outdoor living area will overlook Esplanade Lake Club’s lake views.  The master suite will feature a bedroom with a sitting area that opens to the outdoors, walk-in closets, and a morning bar.  The master bath includes his and her vanities, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.  Two VIP guest suites will feature private baths.  The Monaco plan also features an owner’s study, a dining room that opens to the outdoor living area, an island kitchen with a walk-in pantry, an audio/visual control center, and a three-car garage.  Pricing will be determined as construction progresses.

Ruta Menaghlazi has created a coastal beach style interior with a casually elegant feeling for the Monaco model.  Wall tones in shades of white will be accented by soft tans and warm greys.  The palette will play against plank white oak hardwood flooring.  Intriguing ceiling details will be found throughout the home, including reverse soffit details with cove lighting in the great room and study.  The master bedroom will feature a beamed ceiling detail.  The great room’s wine bar will showcase a base cabinet with a satin matte black finish, a quartzite counter surface, pendant lighting, and floating shelves against a decorative wallpaper.

Visitors to the Monaco will be greeted in a foyer with a reverse soffit ceiling detail.  As planned, the foyer will feature a console table and an elegant bench.  The great room’s feature wall and ceiling will be finished with seven-inch nickel gap that will be stained to match the white oak flooring.  A clean-lined, modern furniture piece with sliding doors will be finished in black and placed against the feature wall.  Furnishings in the great room will include two traditional sofas with grey fabric, a pair of side chairs with a wood detail and cream-toned fabric, two end tables, and two rectangular cocktail tables placed side by side.  The furniture grouping will be anchored by an area rug with a relaxed feeling.

The kitchen will showcase an island with coastal modern counter-height barstools and three chrome pendant lighting fixtures.  The island’s soft matte black base cabinet and quartz counter surface will match the finishes at the wine bar.  A natural stone Carrara slab backsplash will play against the perimeter’s white oak cabinetry that will feature matte black hardware and a quartz countertop.  The vent hood over the cooktop will also be finished in matte black with a wooden band across the bottom that will match the cabinetry.  Decorative sconces will flank the vent hood.

The dining area will feature a tray ceiling and pocketing sliders opening to the outdoor living area.  Drapery panels will frame the sliders.  A slightly distressed white wood dining table will be surrounded by ten Parson chairs with grey fabric.

The white oak plank hardwood flooring will carry into the study.  A custom desk is being created to fill an alcove in one corner of the space.  The study’s furnishings will also include a pair of club chairs and a coffee table.

The master suite’s vestibule will include a white oak finished morning bar with an undercounter refrigerator.  The counter surface will be presented in black quartz.  Ruta Menaghlazi will continue the color palette found throughout the Monaco’s living areas in the master bedroom that will include a beamed ceiling detail.  An upholstered  wing back bed will be flanked by nightstands.  A pendant lighting fixture is also planned.  A sitting area will open to a private covered patio.

His and her vanities in the master bath will feature white oak cabinetry, matte black hardware, and a Carrara marble slab counter surface. Grey and white field tile and an oval shaped free-standing tub will contribute to the spa-like ambiance.  Hexagon marble tile will grace the floor of the walk-in shower.

The outdoor living area’s see-through fireplace clad in light grey ledger stone will be the focal point of a conversation area.  The conversation area will be outfitted with contemporary furnishings and situated adjacent to an outdoor dining area with a dining table and chairs facing the fireplace.  The outdoor kitchen will include NatureKast cabinetry with a granite counter surface, an undercounter refrigerator, a sink, and a gas grill.  A second covered seating area off the great room will include comfortable furnishings.

Seagate’s 3,794 square feet under air Santorini floor plan offers four bedrooms, four and a half baths, an owner’s study that can serve as a club room, and a living area with a huge great room with an optional wine room, an island kitchen, and a dining area.  The great room and dining area open to a lakefront outdoor living area with a dining area and optional outdoor kitchen, a conversation area, a covered patio off the master bedroom, and a pool and spa.  An optional outdoor fireplace and an optional pool bath are available.  The master suite includes a sitting area that opens to the covered patio, separate water closets and vanities, two walk-in closets, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.  Additional features include ceiling details throughout the home, a walk-in pantry, a large laundry room, and a three-car garage.

The 4,123 square feet under air Mykonos plan is the largest of Seagate’s Esplanade Lake Club plans.  A covered entry sequence opens to a foyer with a niche wall that will accommodate a furniture piece and an art selection.  The foyer leads to a great room that can include an optional wine room.  The living area includes an island kitchen with counter-height seating and a dining area.  The Mykonos plan also features a study or club room, three guest bedrooms, a master suite that offers a bedroom with a sitting area that opens to the outdoors, two walk-in closets, an optional morning bar, and a bath with separate vanities, a stand-alone tub, and a walk-in shower.  The great room and dining area open to an outdoor living area with a conversation area that can include an optional fireplace, a dining area with an optional outdoor kitchen, an optional pool bath, and a pool and spa overlooking the lake.  Other features include ceiling details, a walk-in pantry, a large laundry room, and a three-car garage.
