Create your own topping chocolate bar at Top This Chocolate in Ventura

Shana Elson, owner and creator of Top This Chocolate, adds sprinkles to a Halloween-themed chocolate bar. The shop located in Ventura Harbor Village gives patrons a chance to create their own bars using dark, milk or white chocolate and a choice of more than 40 toppings.
