JBS-SA says it would cooperate if probe launched

Officials with JBS-S.A. say they would cooperate with any investigation if called for by U.S. authorities.

This week, Senators Marco Rubio and Bob Menendez called for the Treasury Secretary to review all U.S. transactions of the Brazilian company.

In a statement to Brownfield, JBS said it has “fully cooperated with all relevant authorities in a transparent manner regarding past events in Brazil” and would “continue to cooperate and respond to any subsequent inquiries.”
