Chambersburg Police issue warrant for man charged with raping a child

Chambersburg police issued a warrant for 26-year-old Marvin Garcia-Torres on Sept. 21. 

Garcia-Torres faces multiple felony counts, including rape, statutory sexual assault, incest and more.

The Chambersburg resident is described by police as a Hispanic male, 5'1'', 110 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities have yet to locate Garcia-Torres but are asking for the public's help in finding him.
