With Adam Driver back as "Saturday Night Live" host for the first show of 2020 and "Star Wars Episode IX: Rise of Skywalker" still in theaters, a sequel to "Undercover Boss: Starkiller Base" was a no-brainer.

This time, instead of playing a low-level radar tech, Kylo Ren went in disguise as Randy the intern. And like every intern, he botched the boss' drink order (and then killed the admiral who yelled at him for it.)

Driver's voice went even lower than usual during "Slow," a romance jam.

Musical guest Halsey played the target of their affection in the "Slow" video.

Jon Lovitz plays Alan Dershowitz and Kate McKinnon as the Devil during the "Dershowitz Argues for Trump" Cold Open.

The last show of the 2019 season was a star-studded affair: Tracy Morgan, Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock appeared during host Eddie Murphy's Monologue on Saturday, Dec. 21, 2019.

Lizzo closed out Season 45 with her songs "Truth Hurts" and "Good as Hell."

Eddie Murphy brought back his chatacter Gumby during Weekend Update with Colin Jost and Michael Che.

Host Eddie Murphy also revisited his character Mr. Robinson in a memorable "SNL" sketch.

Host Scarlett Johansson opened her show with a monologue featuring Michael Che and her real-life fiance Colin Jost.

Host Jennifer Lopez did a kick line with The Rockettes during her "Saturday Night Live" monologue.

Lopez changed into her iconic Versace dress on stage during the monologue.

"Saturday Night Live" spoofed the latest Democratic Debate with Larry David as Bernie Sanders, Maya Rudolph as Kamala Harris, and host Will Ferrell as Tom Steyer.

Will Ferrell spent his monologue trying (and failing)  to hide his excitement about seeing Ryan Reynolds in the audience.

Former 'SNL' cast member Tracy Morgan joined host Will Ferrell onstage.

In an earlier episode, Jon Hamm guest starred as Ambassador William B. Taylor, Jr. with Cecily Strong as Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch in an opening send-up of the impeachment hearings.

Host Harry Styles took a musical interlude during his "SNL" monologue.

Aidy Bryant played Joan, a dog owner whose dog transforms into Harry Styles in a dream sequence.

Harry Styles was also the show's musical guest, performing "Lights Up.

Kate McKinnon played Elizabeth Warren in the opening of the  Nov. 2 episode of NBC's 'Saturday Night Live' as the presidential hopeful hit the campaign trail to talk to voters in Iowa.

Host Kristen Stewart starred in a sketch as a woman who gets help from a language app to learn how to talk to kids.

Cecily Strong served as a canine translator, alongside Kellyanne Conway (Kate McKinnon), during a press conference in which Conan, a highly trained military dog, answered questions about a recent ISIS raid.

Alec Baldwin was joined by "SNL" alum Fred Armisen (left) as Turkish President Erdogan and Darrell Hammond (center) reprising his Bill Clinton impression for a cold open poking fun at Trump's rallies.

Host Chance the Rapper was joined by Heidi Gardner, Melissa Villaseñor and Kyle Mooney to sing about his love for Chicago, the Second City, with other second-best things that he preferred.

Cecily Strong and Chance the Rapper take off during a free-flying skit that caused cast members to break up laughing during the sketch.

Alex Moffat and Mikey Day returned to SNL "Weekend Update" as brothers Eric and Donald Trump Jr.

More guest stars were pulled in along with "SNL" regulars for its Oct. 12 sendup of the Democratic town halls about LGBTQ issues. The cast included Colin Jost as Pete Buttigieg, Lin-Manuel Miranda as Julián Castro, Chris Redd as Cory Booker, Kate McKinnon as Elizabeth Warren, Woody Harrelson as Joe Biden, Alex Moffat as Anderson Cooper and Billy Porter as himself, playing the event's host.

Host David Harbour took on the origin story of Oscar the Grouch in a parody of the movie "Joker," as Harbour explored the sinister origins of the grouch who likes trash.

The sketch also featured Alex Moffat and Mikey Day as Bert and his murdered roommate, Ernie...

...and Melissa Villaseñor as a criminal version of Elmo.

Harbour also used his monologue to take a tour of the backstage area of "SNL," which had turned into an upside-down-world version of the show.

Host Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Kenan Thompson, Ego Nwodim, and Alex Moffat host a news-show battle of black vs. white, with perp descriptions that subverted expectations of race.

Waller-Bridge also played a contestant in a parody of the British reality show "Love Island.

"Saturday Night Live" opened its 45th season with the return of Alec Baldwin as President Donald Trump. Baldwin's Trump talked to several people about the impeachment inquiry, including Rudy Giuliani, Vice President Mike Pence and Kanye West telling him they can't be friends anymore.
