Man wanted in connection to robbery at laundromat in southern York County, police say

The Southern Regional Police Department is looking for a man who’s wanted in connection to a robbery that took place at a laundromat in Shrewsbury.

Steven Baker Jr., 34, of York.

Steven Baker Jr., 34, of York, is charged with robbery; flight to avoid apprehension, trial or punishment; theft; and related offenses.

The robbery happened Sept. 11 at Shrewsbury Laundry on Old Farm Lane off South Main Street, police said. No one was hurt.

Police believe that Baker is no longer in southern York County, and they said that he does not pose a risk to the public.
