Still looking to go to a York Revolution game? This is a good week to do it

York Daily Record

If you're still looking to catch a York Revolution game this season, this week might be a good time to do it.

The Revolution are in the midst of a seven-game home stand to close out the season, during which they will likely clinch a playoff berth.

The Revs host the Long Island Ducks Sept. 16-19 and the Lancaster Barnstormers Sept. 20-22. All games start at 6:30, except for a 1 p.m. start for the final regular season game Sunday, Sept. 22.

Heading into the Tuesday, Sept. 17, game, York led the Freedom Division by four games over Sugar Land, putting its magic number at two to win a second-half division title and a playoff berth. A Tuesday night win by York, along with a Sugar Land loss, would give the Revs the second-half division title.

The Revolution finished 37-33 on the road in 2019, matching a 2012 club record, according to the team. The team is also 9-7 against Lancaster, needing to win one of three in the final weekend to take the season series and Community Cup.

Fans wanting to cheer on the Revs as the regular season ends can find tickets at YorkRevolution.com, by calling 717-801-HITS or in-person at the Revs Ticket Office.
