Djon's serves prime beef, chops, fresh lobster, local seafood as well as dishes inspired by the owner's travels.

"The food is prepared with care and love and well-presented," said Pepaj, adding that his staff's attentiveness to diners' needs is a big part of the restaurant's success.

What does hospitality mean to you? How do you make your guests feel special? We treat our guests as if they are coming to our house.

What's the strangest request you've ever had from a diner? To have the beef carpaccio cooked.
