GSI using radio frequencies to monitor stored grain

GSI is working on a grain bin monitoring system unlike any other currently on the market.

Jeff Cravens tells Brownfield their GrainViz technology sends radio frequencies through the grain to detect moisture content in every bushel.

Cravens thinks the technology has the potential to help farmers from a grain marketing and finance aspect by knowing more about the grain in each bin.

The technology is expected to be available in 2020.
