Sunny, windy Friday

Showers late Saturday & Sunday

PORTLAND, Oregon — It's a warm night and the east winds will increase into the morning hours.

The sky stays clear Friday. East winds gust as highs 45 mph in the western Gorge.

Temperatures Friday will pop into the mid-70s in the valleys and low 70s on the north coast.

But we see a wind reversal on Saturday. That means cooler air from the ocean returns to western Oregon. Showers arrive Saturday afternoon with a weak cold front. Showers continue on Sunday.

Monday and Tuesday bring a return to warm, clear weather. More significant rain arrives for the middle and end of next week.

Have a great Friday.
